Frieda to detect Prostate Cancer

With Otago University as K9MD's Research partner Frieda's first job is to detect Prostate cancer in urine.

Samples will be set from Otago University to K9MD's training facility.

All work is recorded into a specialised computer programme and analysed by our Biostatistician and all target odour work is video recorded and sent for review to an international canine scent detection expert.

600 men in New Zealand die every year from Prostate cancer. K9MD wants to reduce those tragic statistics.

Together we can make a difference.
